Kvillsfors and Holsby home care operates in rural areas and helps people get support in their daily lives at home, in the environment where they feel safest.
Within elderly care in Vetlanda municipality, we work for Esther's best – always with a focus on the user and how we can strengthen their sense of security and independence.
As a service assistant, you work with service tasks that make everyday life easier for both users and colleagues. The work focuses on practical tasks and includes, among other things, cleaning in users' homes, cleaning offices and staff areas, and washing staff clothing.
You meet many different people in your daily work and contribute to creating structure, well-being, and quality in the services provided. The work is performed largely independently, but you are also an important part of the organization and collaborate with colleagues in both Holsby and Kvillsfors.
We are looking for someone who is thorough, organized, and enjoys taking responsibility for your work. You have good interpersonal skills, are flexible, and adapt easily to different situations. You enjoy working with people and contribute to a safe and respectful daily life for those you meet.
This is a combined position between Holsby and Kvillsfors home care. The employment is time-limited until January 31, 2027, with possible opportunity for extension. The position is 80 percent, with the possibility of agreeing on a lower level of service.

Qualifications
Class B driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
Experience with cleaning work or similar tasks is meritorious.
The position requires a certificate from the criminal record register. The certificate should be for HVB-hem and is ordered via the Police website. (https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/hvb-hem/)

Type of employment: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, start: As soon as possible, by agreement. Selection and interviews are held on an ongoing basis.
