About the Role As a Service Center Agent, you'll become a central part of our Customer Service Center in Malmö. You're responsible for receiving and handling customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and portal, ensuring that every customer receives fast, accurate, and professional service. The role involves both administrative work and direct customer contact, where you follow up on inquiries all the way to resolution. Your Responsibilities Receive and register inquiries in ISS standard and customer-specific systems Handle incoming calls in switchboard and customer service Proactively follow up and own inquiries until they are fully resolved Perform administrative tasks Prioritize and manage inquiries in a structured and efficient manner Responsible for financial follow-up Participate in and follow up on customer meetings Conduct customer surveys and book customer meetings via outbound calls Practical Information Location: ISS office in Malmö Working Hours: varying weekdays between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Employment: Part-time, 75% (3-month temporary position) Other: background check will be conducted during the recruitment process What We Offer ISS is one of the world's largest service companies in Facility Management, which gives you many different development opportunities within varying areas. You are a person who: is service-oriented, solution-focused, and always puts the customer first takes responsibility, works independently, and drives inquiries forward communicates clearly in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple inquiries simultaneously is experienced in working with various IT and case management systems is flexible, stress-resilient, and has good prioritization skills has basic understanding of finance and follow-up (meritorious) thrives in an environment where digital and technical solutions are in focus Requirements Experience with customer service, support, and administrative work High school education Good administrative skills Experience working with IT and case management systems Your Application We look forward to your application by October 3rd at the latest.
