Job Description Would you like to combine leadership, business development, and technical expertise in a role where you have the opportunity to influence both the business and your employees' development? We are now seeking a Service Area Manager for our Electrical Engineering team in Uppsala. Here you will have a key role where you are responsible for the service area's development, results, and employees while contributing your technical expertise to assignments and customer dialogues. In the role, you are responsible for: Strategy, profitability, and results within the service area Quality assurance and competence and personnel development Customer relations and business development Developing the business together with other units in the region Contributing to the business area's long-term development and growth Building strong teams and creating clarity around shared goals You work closely with the business and employees through modern, coaching-style leadership. The role also involves you being partly active in projects, for example as project manager, specialist, or technical advisor. Our team currently consists of approximately 15 employees with varying backgrounds, experience, and expertise. We work on both large and small multidisciplinary projects, primarily within hospitals and other complex facility environments. The team is characterized by strong cohesion, high competence, and low staff turnover. Qualifications We are looking for you as an engaged leader with the ability to deliver results through people. You are driven by developing the business, building long-term customer relationships, and creating good conditions for employees to grow. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Leadership experience within technical operations Higher education in engineering or equivalent experience Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Good system knowledge and experience with Office 365 and business systems Inclusive and development-oriented leadership Good communication and collaboration skills A business-minded and results-oriented approach We consider it a merit if you have: Experience in project management Experience in business development Leadership training Experience from technical consulting Certification in project management or leadership As a person, you are communicative, business-minded, collaboration-oriented, and results-driven.
