About the role As a Customer Advisor, you are the face of the office to the outside world and are often the customer's first point of contact. You therefore play an important role in creating positive customer experiences, making things easier for our customers, and identifying new business opportunities. You provide first-class service, tips and advice about the bank's services, products and channels. You meet customers both in person at the office, over the phone, and through our digital channels. The position is located in Örnsköldsvik, but our office comprises two locations, Örnsköldsvik and Sollefteå. About our team Welcome to the Örnsköldsvik-Sollefteå office. We consist of both customer advisors and private, premium, and wealth advisors. We have 9 employees in Örnsköldsvik and 3 employees in Sollefteå. These are our values, which we believe you share. This is a fixed-term full-time position until March 31, 2028, with placement in Örnsköldsvik. Your focus areas will be to: Together with your colleagues, take responsibility for creating high availability, trust and customer satisfaction, with a focus on solving the customer's issue directly and providing first-class service. With a proactive approach, focus on identifying sales and service opportunities in customer conversations, and when necessary, ensure that the customer meets with a Private Advisor or Corporate Advisor to contribute to long-term customer relationships based on our comprehensive advisory approach. Based on customer needs, actively ensure that they are offered our various services, products and channels. We're growing rapidly and you'll be an important part of our team in continuing to develop the business and create long-term customer relationships. Who are you? Your background and competence include: Comfortable having many customer contacts simultaneously Have the ability to put yourself in the customer's situation, and have a natural talent for establishing contact when meeting both customers and colleagues Are stimulated by working results-oriented, where you skillfully connect the customer's needs with our products and services Have professional knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written Actively work to develop your own competence and share knowledge with colleagues; you contribute to an open and positive environment Take on new technology that you use when meeting customers Have experience from service, sales or advisory work where customer interaction has been a central part of the work.
