Service Manager at Grisen & Draken in Brösarp Grisen & Draken in Brösarp is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager starting September 2026 who wants to take responsibility for daily service operations and contribute to ensuring our guests have a truly great experience. Assign and plan work for the service team. Ensure high service standards and professional guest interactions. Greet guests and handle inquiries and requests. Work closely with the kitchen and other staff. Responsible for opening and closing according to our procedures. Handle cash register operations and ensure procedures are followed. Help resolve issues that arise during service. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment. We are looking for someone who Has previous restaurant and service experience.
