We at Matbruket Tänndalen are now looking for serving staff for the winter season 2026/2027! We want Matbruket to become the place for all food lovers in Härjedalen. Our kitchen and serving team ensures that we create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. We offer a unique dining experience where guests can eat, taste, laugh, and toast together. Lunch service is about classic home cooking and traditional dishes for skiers, and our evening service is all about Fun Dining - an evening filled with taste experiences and wonderful atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is thorough, efficient, and responsible with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone with an interest in food and drink who spreads positive energy around them. It is important to us that ALL our guests experience a warm welcome and receive personal service. We are looking for someone with experience in the industry and who constantly strives to develop themselves and their work. Warm welcome to your application! Tänndalen is a cozy mountain and ski resort in western Härjedalen. But Tänndalen is so much more than just a place. There is a special spirit here, a feeling that is hard to put into words. Those of us who work here share a love for mountains, nature, and adventure, but equally important is the social aspect - doing fun things together and sharing experiences. Whether you come to us to work long-term or for a season, you become part of a strong community where everyone knows everyone and everyone helps everyone. Every winter, four to five meters of natural snow falls over the ski area, which stretches through the entire valley from Hamra in the west to Svansjön in the east. The alpine ski system in Tänndalen features a total of 54 varied runs, both above and below the tree line. Always soft and well-groomed. In Tänndalen you will find ski rentals and a sports shop, three children's areas, two snowparks, and eight restaurants/cafés. What all restaurants have in common is high quality and inspiration from the mountain's taste traditions.
