As we expand our operations, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team at Blomlöfs on Saltö in Karlskrona who love service and guest hospitality! About the Position We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in people, service, and teamwork. We seek someone who approaches challenges positively and always strives to create the best possible conditions for both guests and colleagues. We're looking for someone who loves working in a dynamic and varied environment, where no two days are the same. We're fundamentally a lunch restaurant, but we regularly host corporate events and organize other activities in the evenings. During November & December, we arrange Christmas smorgasbord dinners. During summer, we scale up with extended hours from June through August. This means the position involves varied working hours, with shifts including evenings and weekends during certain periods. Blomlöfs on Saltö is a growing operation, and in spring 2025, we opened a hotel in the same building as our restaurant and shop. We're Looking for Someone Who: • Has at least three years of documented experience in the service industry. • Has experience working in a flexible environment and isn't afraid to try new things. • Is engaged, creative, values collaboration, and embraces variety. • Has beverage knowledge.
