As we expand our operations, we're looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Blomlöfs on Saltö in Karlskrona, someone who loves service and hospitality! About the Position We're seeking someone with a genuine interest in food, people, service, and teamwork. You're someone who approaches challenges positively and always wants to create the best possible conditions for both guests and colleagues. You thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment. You'll be an important part of the team, with significant responsibility for communication with colleagues and guests. You'll help receive bookings, plan and execute events. We want you to embrace variety and be an experienced problem-solver. We're looking for someone who thrives in change management and creating structure with organization and order. At our core, we're a lunch restaurant, but we regularly host corporate dinners and organize other evening events. In November and December, we arrange Christmas buffet dinners. During summer, we scale up with extended hours from June through August. This means the position involves varied working hours, with shifts in the evenings and weekends during certain periods. Blomlöfs on Saltö is a growing operation, and in spring 2025 we opened a hotel in the same building as our restaurant and shop. You'll have the opportunity to be part of an exciting journey where we constantly develop our business while keeping quality and creativity at the forefront. We're looking for someone who: • Has at least three years of documented experience in the service industry. • Has beverage knowledge, preferably through formal training. • Has documented experience in leadership and communication. • Is engaged, creative, values collaboration, and thrives in a flexible work environment.
