Milan METELKA a.s. is a liqueur and spirits manufacturer with 33 years of experience. We are looking for a permanent employee for the position of Machinery Adjuster/Technician in production. The primary responsibilities of this position include machinery setup and adjustment, as well as work as a line operator on our filling line. Technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving is essential. We are a team of 6 people who value a family-oriented workplace approach. Prior experience with machinery operation and setup is a significant advantage. Technical thinking is a fundamental requirement for this position. Based on staffing needs and coverage requirements, the employee may also perform other positions within the facility. Our production and bottling facility is characterized by a clean environment, which is foundational to our company's success and operations.
