Job responsibilities: As a subordinate worker to the production and technology manager: o Ensuring material preparation for injection molding machines according to production process specifications o Drying material according to drying requirements o Ensuring smooth production operations and adherence to production standards and workplace standards o Performing minor adjustments and repairs at the workstation o Responsible for proper identification of parts and raw materials o Independently managing series production startup o Supervising subordinate workers Cooperation with other company departments (logistics, quality, and multi-tasking department).
