Job Responsibilities: • Assembly and disassembly of injection molds • Setup and adjustment of injection molding machines (ARBURG and ENGEL brands) • Responsibility for quality of manufactured parts • Defect analysis and troubleshooting • Close collaboration with other departments Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of industry experience • Knowledge of plastic injection molding technology • Willingness to work in a three-shift operation • Automotive industry experience is a plus • PC user skills are a plus • Responsible approach, independence, and flexibility
