EMPLOYER STATEMENT Job Responsibilities: • Setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines in the plastics industry. • Launching and fine-tuning series production according to technical documentation. • Monitoring the quality of molded parts and troubleshooting any defects. • Collaboration with colleagues on minor assembly tasks and smooth workshop operations. Requirements: • Experience in injection molding machine setup (mandatory). • Technical mindset, manual dexterity, and independence. • Responsible approach to work and attention to detail. • Willingness to work in shift operations.
