Job Responsibilities: Oversee smooth operation of production lines and equipment Adjust and set up production lines and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform repairs Ensure regular maintenance We Expect: Experience with equipment setup is a plus Handy skills and genuine interest in the work Ability to work in a three-shift operation Work in three-shift operations (7.5 hours daily) Monday - Friday. Night shift bonus - 50 Kč/hour, increased bonuses for overtime and weekend work. Salary increase after probation period.
