Job Responsibilities: - Sets up and programs workstations for manufacturing operations according to current released orders - As an active member of the Eberspächer Production Team (EPT), contributes to meeting production plans (operates machinery) based on customer-driven volume requirements - Monitors the execution of manufacturing orders - Collaborates on material deliveries and transport of finished products to shipping - Manufactures the first piece, verifies and equips the workstation with all necessary documentation (procedures) and, if needed, actively demonstrates the workstation's readiness during the first production hour after release (one hour of production achieving efficiency and quality targets) Requirements: - Reliability, regular attendance, and teamwork - Willingness to work in a three-shift operation We Offer: - Full-time employment directly with the company—no agency—in an international corporate environment - Attractive compensation including monthly bonuses with regular increases - Semi-annual bonus totaling 30,000 Kč per year - 25 days of vacation, paid time off beyond statutory requirements - Subsidized cafeteria meals on company premises - Pension plan contribution of 1,000 Kč / month - Monthly eBenefit of 500 Kč for leisure activities and MultiSport card - Above-standard allowances, work anniversary bonuses, referral bonuses - Significant potential for personal and professional development - Friendly corporate atmosphere, training provided, start date negotiable—immediate start possible How to Contact the Employer: In person or by email [email protected]
