BRM has over 25 years of experience in risk and crisis management with over 500 clients in both the private and public sectors. We conduct a large number of organizational development assignments annually within the field of security and crisis preparedness, many at the highest management levels in large and well-known Swedish and international organizations. BRM is experiencing strong growth and we are now seeking a consultant for our Stockholm office on Vegagatan. Responsibilities As a senior consultant at BRM, you will work with a broad spectrum of services and assignments – from developing crisis and security organizations, planning and leading crisis exercises and training initiatives, to supporting customers in areas such as civil defense, supply chain preparedness, continuity management, RSA work, security protection, and risk management. In your role as senior consultant, you will take overall business responsibility for both existing and new clients, developing the strategic customer relationship over time. In many assignments, you will have project leadership and overall commercial responsibility for execution, quality, and customer satisfaction. Business development and sales are an integrated part of your work as a senior consultant. Through your own network, our existing clients, and proactive sales efforts toward new potential clients, you will identify needs and create new business and partnerships. You will work toward a clear individual business budget. You will become an important part of BRM's strategic service and business development, and you will also take a role in coaching and developing our more junior consultants. Experience and Competencies University or college degree, preferably in crisis preparedness, risk management, political science, economics, law, civil defense, or similar. At least five years of professional experience and strong strategic expertise in one or more of the following areas: crisis management, crisis preparedness, risk management, systematic security work, security protection, civil defense, total defense, supply chain preparedness, and/or information security/cybersecurity. At least two years of experience in a senior consultant role or in business development work. Very good knowledge of Swedish business and public administration. To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable taking on clear business responsibility where sales and negotiation are a natural part of the position. Personal Profile You have an analytical approach and can quickly gain an overview of complex structures and contexts. You have the ability to quickly understand our clients' reality and build trust with our clients over time. You have strong interpersonal skills, are driven to take significant personal responsibility, and be an important part of BRM's and our business development. Business travel occurs, primarily within Sweden. Swedish citizenship is required as the position may involve assignments with security clearance placement.
