Job Description We are seeking experienced test leaders for assignments in complex and safety-critical environments where you will play a central role in driving, coordinating, and developing testing work. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on test activities in close collaboration with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders. You will work throughout the entire testing process, from test strategy and planning to execution, follow-up, and quality assurance, contributing to ensuring structure and quality in deliverables. The work includes system, integration, and acceptance testing in an environment with many dependencies and high demands for collaboration. An important part of the assignment is also to contribute to requirements work by ensuring testability and supporting development teams on quality-related matters throughout the delivery. The assignment takes place in an environment where multiple teams and actors work closely together, which requires good communication, structure, and the ability to create alignment on testing and quality in complex deliveries. Since some of our assignments are within classified security operations, Swedish citizenship and approved security clearance and background check may be required. Qualifications Who are you? To thrive in this role, we believe you have the following background and experience: Academic education in systems development, computer science, or equivalent technical background Several years of experience in test leadership and software testing Experience with testing work in complex system environments, preferably in the public sector or energy industry Experience leading teams and coordinating roles in test projects within agile environments Certification in ISTQB Very strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Accustomed to working methodically with requirements traceability and quality assurance We consider the following experiences as merits: Experience with defense or security-classified systems Previous work in a consultant role Experience with test automation and CI/CD Experience with test tools and ALM platforms, such as Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps/TFS, or similar tools Certifications such as SAFe, ITIL, IREB, or Scrum Master Experience with AI in testing work.
