Do you want to drive the development of modern test automation solutions in complex development environments? We're now looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer who wants to take a key role in developing, streamlining, and modernizing test automation work at one of our clients. Here you'll have the opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic improvement work in an environment where quality, innovation, and continuous development are in focus. About the role As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will work in a leading role where you are responsible for designing, implementing, and further developing modern test automation solutions. You will become an important part of the effort to create efficient test processes and contribute to a high degree of automation throughout the development workflow. You will, among other things: Design and develop automated test environments and test strategies Build and further develop CI/CD workflows linked to test automation Automate test processes and quality assurance in complex development environments Drive improvement and transformation initiatives within the testing area Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high delivery quality Evaluate and implement new techniques, tools, and working methods within test automation What we believe you have We're looking for someone who is confident in their expertise and enjoys combining technical work with greater responsibility for quality and development. We would like to see that you have: Higher education or engineering degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience At least eight years of experience in test automation Experience building and maintaining automated test environments Solid knowledge of CI/CD and automated test workflows Experience with Java- or Python-based test frameworks Experience from larger transformation or modernization projects Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business-related stakeholders Very good knowledge of Swedish and English Meritorious It's especially interesting if you also have experience with: AI-based solutions within testing and quality assurance Test strategy, test leadership, or quality work at the organizational level Coaching or supporting teams within test automation and quality assurance What do we offer you?
