As Senior Solutions Designer at TGW, you'll have a key role where you transform complex challenges into smart, scalable solutions that create business success for our customers in Northern Europe.
About the Position
As Senior Solutions Designer, you are the technical point of contact for the customer and responsible for creating innovative concepts during the sales phase that meet customer needs while setting industry standards for best-in-class solutions. The role includes:
Lead technical dialogues with customers and serve as their primary technical contact
Create and deliver presentations, both internally and externally, across different project phases
Analyze and challenge customer requirements to ensure optimal solutions
Perform data and design analysis based on customer data
Define and evaluate solution alternatives together with the Sales Project Manager and Solutions Designer coach
Develop material flow diagrams, layouts, and total cost of ownership calculations to select the best option
Determine logistics processes within TGW's scope and support Applications Engineering in solution layout
Coordinate pricing, technical documentation, and technical handovers to realization
Coach and mentor Solutions Designers and contribute to improved design processes
Support sales strategy and drive project success through innovative, risk-optimized solutions

What We're Looking For
For you to thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:
University degree and strong knowledge of mechanics, control systems, and IT logistics
Ability to work on-site in Mölndal, B driver's license, and flexibility to travel as needed
Ability to produce clear and concise customer and internal presentations
Experience working in multidisciplinary and international expert networks
Very good communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English
Strong coaching skills and ability to support others in their development
A results- and solution-oriented mindset
Market- and cost-effectiveness thinking
Several years of experience in logistics-based, integrated solution design or sales (advantageous)
Advanced knowledge of logistics automation, design, and the intralogistics industry with understanding of key suppliers
