Dematek AB is the market's most complete supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training. We are represented throughout Sweden, and now we are seeking an additional service technician for our Gothenburg region and surrounding area as our Mattias moves on to the sales department. You will work with the lifting industry's leading brands and become part of our strong team at Dematek.
About You:
We believe you are an experienced service technician who has previously worked with cranes, elevators, or gates. Or perhaps you are an industrial electrician who wants to work with various customers. Maybe you are passionate about assembly and have experience as an assembly leader.
You will be offered a position where you manage your work days and organize your work independently at our customers' sites. We think you appreciate working with freedom under responsibility. At our customers, you will work with preventive maintenance, service, and assembly of our products such as chain hoists, lifting beams, pillar-mounted jib cranes, and much more related to lifting. To help you in your work, you have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and many colleagues to call when you need assistance.

We Are Looking for You Who Have:
- A strong interest in technology
- Previously worked as a service technician
- Documented electrical knowledge
- Experience with common administrative systems
- Category B driver's license
- Basic English language skills
- Swedish citizenship, as some work requires security-screened background checks
It is a merit if you have mechatronics and PLC experience.

The work is sometimes physically demanding, and since it sometimes occurs at great heights, you must be able to receive a certificate of fitness for climbing with significant height differences. You should be accustomed to working with forklifts, various lifts, and fall protection. Work underground also occurs.
We would like to see that you have a strong interest in technology, are thorough, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact. We expect you to communicate fluently in Swedish.
Other Information
You will be based at our office/workshop on Aröds Industriväg in Gothenburg and have the opportunity to have your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time. Security screening as well as alcohol and drug tests may occur at our customers' sites.
