The National Cybersecurity Center, NCSC, is now looking for a Senior Coordinator to participate in building up the center's operations at FRA. Your Assignment As a Senior Coordinator, you will work at NCSC and the office for capability development, partnerships, and systematic cybersecurity. The office will strengthen and coordinate society's cybersecurity by serving as a national meeting place and point of contact for collaboration, partnerships, and information exchange. The office's mission includes strategic analysis, regulatory and governance work, support and financing, competency-raising initiatives and exercises, as well as collaboration nationally, within the EU, and internationally. The office also has a supporting role in cyber crisis management. In this role, you are responsible for internal and external coordination, work with operations development, and lead collaboration forums. Your main responsibilities consist primarily of: Coordination and planning of operations Information sharing Development of methods and procedures Development of partnerships Development of conferences Participation in international work within the EU Representing the agency in external contexts You have multiple contact points and work to create relationships between the department's units and coordinate collaboration between other functions such as the agency's technology and procurement functions as well as the department's staff and management. Travel occurs in this position, both domestic and international. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: University or vocational university education Three years of experience with coordination work, driving larger forums, or working with implementation of EU legislation. Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English We consider it meritorious if you have: Experience from public-private collaboration Experience from work in a politically governed organization Experience from work in international contexts Experience representing an organization and presenting its message to large groups Experience in project management Basic competence in information and cybersecurity or related areas such as data protection You Are Collaborative – You work well with other people and relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive way Self-driven – You take responsibility for your task and plan how to proceed to move forward in your work. Structured – You have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently within set timeframes. Clear – You communicate clearly by ensuring that messages and expectations are conveyed. More Information The workplace is currently located in Tomteboda, Solna. Within a few years, new premises will be ready in Bergshamra. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA entails placement in a security class. A requirement for employment is approved security clearance with criminal record check. The security clearance will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the security protection act. Employment is accompanied by an obligation to be placed on the wartime deployment list.
