We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with network Are you the person who not only fills positions but opens doors? Have you built a strong network over time? We are looking for a senior recruiter who understands that successful recruitment is about relationships, trust, and long-term thinking as much as processes and job postings. You have an established network, are comfortable working proactively, and know how to find the right people, even when they aren't on the market. About the role As a Senior Recruiter, you will work with the entire recruitment process. From needs analysis and search to candidate conversations, advising managers, and closing. You will be an important partner in attracting and securing talent both short-term and long-term. We believe that you: Have several years of experience in recruitment/search/headhunting at management level. Have a strong and active network within relevant industries. Are comfortable driving processes independently. Have strong business acumen and good people skills. Build long-term relationships and inspire trust.
