Seemly Bygg & Fastighet continues to grow in Stockholm and Uppsala. We are now seeking a senior project manager who wants to lead qualified construction and real estate projects while also contributing to the development of our business in the region.
You will become an important part of our team and work closely with customers, clients, and partners on some of the industry's most interesting construction and real estate projects. The projects vary depending on your experience and the assignments we manage together with our customers.
As a project manager, you will work with
Project management through different project phases
Management of time, budget, and quality
Risk management and follow-up
Strategic and operational support to customers and clients
Bidding work
Development of customer relationships and new assignments
About the Role
Here you will meet engaged colleagues, short decision-making processes, and an inclusive culture. You will be given great responsibility, work independently, and report to the Regional Manager.
This is a permanent position based in Stockholm or Uppsala. Start date by agreement.
About You
You have solid experience from similar roles in the construction, installation, or real estate industry.
You enjoy taking responsibility, working in a structured manner, and driving projects forward. You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and build trust with customers, colleagues, and partners.
You enjoy meeting new people and see opportunities in encounters, both in terms of developing assignments and creating new ones. With us, you get to be part of building, and in this role, it also means contributing to the business.
