Do you want a key role in driving Blåkläder's digital transformation and leading strategic initiatives that create real business value? As Senior Project Manager/Transformation Lead, you will have a key role in our continued digital transformation. You are responsible for driving strategic initiatives and IT projects from idea to implementation and ensuring that they deliver business value within agreed time, budget, and quality. The role combines project management, business development, and technical understanding. ABOUT THE ROLEYou work at the intersection of business and technology and are expected to be able to translate business needs into concrete plans, realistic estimates, and implementable solutions. You need to understand both business processes, system landscapes, and modern development methods to make the right decisions and create momentum. We are not looking for a traditional project administrator. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership of deliverables, creates structure in complex initiatives, and is willing to step in personally where needed to ensure success. Responsibilities Lead and drive digital transformation projects from initial study to implementation. Ensure that projects are delivered within time, cost, and quality frameworks. Responsible for project planning, project budget, resource planning, and monitoring. Create reliable estimates for projects, development efforts, and change initiatives. Work closely with business, development teams, and external partners to ensure proper prioritization. Support development teams in planning, sprint work, and agile methods such as Scrum. Contribute to overall solution architecture and technical recommendations in early project phases. Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational obstacles and actively drive action items. Ensure that solutions are sustainable long-term, scalable, and support business objectives. When needed, be able to act as, for example, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Test Lead, or Solution Architect. WHO ARE YOU? You are an experienced project manager or transformation lead who has documented experience managing complex initiatives to completion. You are analytical, business-driven, and unpretentious, while having sufficient technical understanding to discuss solutions, architecture, and development efforts with both business and development teams. Can create clarity in complex environments with many stakeholders. Have experience with change management and organizational transformation. Understand how business needs translate into system and process changes. Are communicative and skilled at creating alignment between different stakeholders. Thrive in a pragmatic environment where you sometimes need to leave the project plan and contribute operationally yourself. Have the ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you have: Several years of experience leading IT, digitalization, or transformation projects. Documented experience delivering projects within budget and timeframe. Experience with agile methods, Scrum, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. Good understanding of system integrations, application architecture, and modern cloud platforms. Experience with requirements management, business analysis, and change management. Experience from international organizations and complex system environments is meriting. Humble, unpretentious, and team-oriented. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
