What Awaits You
• Planning and organizing subcontractor selection procedures,
• Active search and outreach to suppliers,
• Evaluation of offers and recommendations of optimal solutions,
• Preparation and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors,
• Coordination of material purchases and subcontractor work,
• Collaboration on project cost optimization,
• Processing monthly investor invoicing,
• Material and product sampling, work with project documentation,
• Close collaboration with site managers, project designers, and company management.
You will be a key link between sales, project preparation, and construction execution.
What We Expect From You
• Secondary or higher education in construction field,
• At least 2 years of experience in construction project preparation,
• Understanding of project documentation,
• Experience with selection procedures and negotiations with subcontractors,
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
• Group B driver's license (active driver),
• Independence, attention to detail, and systematic approach,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Fluent Czech language skills; the position is suitable for men and women.
With extensive experience and expertise, you have potential for a PROJECT MANAGER position.
What We Offer
Attractive financial compensation: 65,000 to 80,000 CZK gross / month based on experience and length of practice (base gross salary + monthly bonus / personal compensation)
In addition, we offer:
• Annual performance bonus = BONUS of 200,000 to 350,000 CZK (for PROJECT MANAGER position BONUS is 350,000 to 500,000 CZK), tied to the scope, complexity, and economic results of assigned projects and paid progressively each calendar quarter,
• Performance bonus = BONUS for cost-efficient project management of 3 to 5% of achieved cost savings (margin) based on project size and complexity.
