Job responsibilities include: - Supporting the HR Director in the recruitment of expatriates - Supporting the HR Director in visa matters for expatriates - Supporting the HR Director in training and development of expatriates - Supporting the HR department in pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding of expatriates - Participating in the preparation of internal policies and process improvements in alignment with corporate strategy - Relationship management with expatriates and with the HR department of the parent company - Participating in the daily efficient operations of the HR department - Preparing various analyses, overviews, and reports as requested by company management and direct supervisor Requirements: - University degree with minimum bachelor's level (preferably in economics or HR) - Reliability, loyalty, and discretion - MS Office proficiency - Due to communication with the parent company headquarters and communication with employer management and other employees, active knowledge of Chinese language is required Preferences: - English proficiency at a conversational level - Previous experience in a similar position - Knowledge of HR matters
