Logent is growing and we are now seeking a Senior Logistics Consultant for our Logistics Engineering & Consulting team. You will become a key player on assignments spanning the entire chain – from analysis and concept development to implementation at the customer site. About the role: As a Senior Logistics Consultant, you will work on qualified consulting assignments within production logistics, material handling, and process improvement for our customers – often within the manufacturing industry. You will lead and drive projects and improvement initiatives on-site at the customer, from current state analysis and requirements definition to solution proposals, calculations, and implementation. The role gives you significant responsibility and great freedom to shape both your approach and deliverables, in close dialogue with the customer and colleagues. You report to the Head of Logistics Engineering & Consulting and become part of a team where senior consultants are expected to confidently take on complex assignments, take ownership, and build trust with the customer. Who we are looking for: We are seeking someone who is a senior and experienced production logistics expert – self-driven, confident in your professional role, and accustomed to taking responsibility for entire assignments, not just parts of them. You thrive in an advisory role toward the customer, can navigate complex organizations, and are equally comfortable analyzing data as standing on the floor of a production facility. You are driven by creating real value and measurable results, and you are happy to take a leading role in projects without losing the practical grip. Requirements – Experience: • Several years of documented experience in production logistics, material handling, or process optimization • Experience independently driving projects and improvement initiatives • Experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive or related sectors • Experienced in building calculations and business cases as a basis for decision-making • Strong knowledge of data processing and analysis in Excel and Power BI or equivalent • Academic degree in logistics, supply chain, production, or equivalent, or equivalent experience • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written • Driver's license Meritorious: • Experience with simulation of flows and material handling equipment (MHE) and automation solutions • Experience leading and managing logistics-related operations • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and system integrations with ERPs • Experience designing and drawing layouts for logistics solutions and workflows • Previous experience in consulting work or customer-facing delivery • Good experience presenting and anchoring solution proposals with the customer's management Job responsibilities: • Lead and drive consulting assignments in production logistics at the customer, from analysis to implementation • Map and analyze current state to identify bottlenecks and improvement potential • Develop and evaluate solution proposals, layouts, and flow simulations • Build calculations and business cases that ensure economic sustainability of proposed solutions • Work closely with the customer's organization as well as colleagues within Logistics Engineering & Consulting, Business Development, Project Management, and Operations. • Contribute to developing the team's working methods, approaches, and offerings Application: Are you the experienced logistics consultant we are looking for?
