We are looking for a Senior Logistic Developer who wants to drive the development of modern and automated warehouse solutions in a technically advanced operation. About the Role As a Senior Logistic Developer, you will become a key person in the work of developing and implementing modern warehouse and material flow solutions. You are responsible for the entire development chain, from analysis and concept development to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems. In the role, you will work to optimize warehouse processes, material flows, and logistics strategies to create efficient, scalable, and robust solutions. You drive the implementation and launch of automated warehouse solutions and contribute to ensuring stable and efficient logistics operations. You will also work with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and other logistics-related systems and participate in the development of standards, methods, and practices within the logistics field. The role involves close collaboration with production, automation, digitalization, IT/OT functions, and external suppliers. You will have the opportunity to participate in both development and implementation projects where future intralogistics solutions are in focus. Your main areas of responsibility include: Develop and optimize warehouse processes and material flows. Drive the implementation and deployment of automated warehouse solutions. Develop and further develop logistics concepts, storage strategies, and replenishment flows. Work with WCS and other warehouse and logistics systems. Support the launch and stabilization of new warehouse operations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics solutions. Contribute to the development of standards, methods, and best practices within the logistics field. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a higher education or university degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or an equivalent field. You have at least five years of experience in logistics development, warehouse operations, or industrial development and feel confident driving improvement work in complex operations. To succeed in the role, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to translate ideas and strategies into practical and sustainable solutions. You thrive in collaborations across different functions and have an easy time building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. We would like to see that you have experience in logistics development, warehouse automation, and material flows, as well as a good understanding of how efficient and scalable logistics processes are created. Experience from highly automated warehouse environments, warehouse startups, factory startups, or greenfield projects is highly valued. If you also have experience working with SAP, WMS, WCS/MFC, or other warehouse and logistics systems, we see that as valuable. Experience with automation projects, material handling equipment, logistics system integrations, and AMR solutions is also highly valued. You communicate fluently in English in both speech and writing and have a strong drive to develop and improve operations through smart and sustainable logistics solutions.
