About the Position We are seeking an experienced and self-directed Senior Laser Operator who wants to take on an important role in our client's manufacturing operation. You will work with modern Bystronic laser machines and be responsible for maintaining high quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery in production. This role is ideal for someone with several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, who is confident in their expertise, and who enjoys taking personal responsibility while contributing to the team's development. Work Schedule: Traditional 2-shift schedule. Job Responsibilities - Operate and monitor laser machines, primarily Bystronic - Set up, program, and optimize production runs - Perform quality checks according to applicable standards and procedures - Read and work from technical drawings - Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues - Ensure high quality and on-time delivery - Actively participate in process improvement and development initiatives - Train and support less experienced operators as needed What We're Looking For - Several years of experience operating laser machines in the manufacturing industry - Documented experience independently operating laser equipment - Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings - Experience with quality control and measurement techniques - Technical proficiency and solution-oriented mindset - Self-driven and comfortable taking responsibility for your work - Strong collaboration skills and commitment to a positive work environment Application Does this sound like the next step for you?
