About the Position We are seeking an experienced and independent Senior Laser Operator who wants to take on an important role in our client's manufacturing operation. You will work with modern laser machines from Bystronic and be responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role is perfect for you if you have several years of experience from the manufacturing industry, are confident in your skills, and enjoy taking independent responsibility while contributing to the team's development. Work Schedule: Traditional 2-shift. Job Responsibilities - Operate and monitor laser machines, primarily Bystronic - Set up, program, and optimize production - Perform quality inspections according to applicable requirements and procedures - Read and work from technical drawings - Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues - Ensure high quality and on-time delivery - Actively participate in improvement work and process development - Introduce and support less experienced operators as needed We Are Looking for You If - You have several years of experience operating laser machines in the manufacturing industry - You have documented experience independently operating lasers - You have strong ability to read and understand technical drawings - You have experience with quality inspection and measurement techniques - You are technically skilled and solution-oriented - You are independent and accustomed to taking responsibility for your work - You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment Application Does this sound like your next step?
