About the Position We are seeking an experienced and self-directed Senior Laser Operator who wants to take an important role in our client's manufacturing operations. You will work with modern laser machines from Bystronic and be responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality, efficiency, and delivery precision. This role is perfect for you if you have several years of experience from the manufacturing industry, are confident in your expertise, and enjoy taking responsibility while contributing to the team's development. Work Schedule: Traditional 2-shift. Job Responsibilities - Operate and monitor laser machines, primarily Bystronic - Set up, program, and optimize production - Perform quality inspections according to applicable requirements and procedures - Read and work from technical drawings - Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues - Ensure high quality and delivery precision - Actively participate in improvement work and process development - Introduce and support less experienced operators when needed We Are Looking For Someone Who - Has several years of experience operating laser machines in the manufacturing industry - Has documented experience independently operating lasers - Has strong ability to read and understand technical drawings - Has experience with quality control and measurement techniques - Is technically skilled and solution-oriented - Is self-directed and comfortable taking responsibility for your work - Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive work environment Application Does this sound like your next step?
