We are looking for a senior developer with extensive experience in Java and modern frontend frameworks who wants to help us build tomorrow's digital solutions together at Accelerate.
Your Role
As part of our development team, you are a key player in creating stable, modern, and scalable applications. You combine technical excellence with an agile approach and contribute to solutions that deliver real value to users.
You work across the entire development chain, from design and development to testing and deployment, and switch between backend and frontend development to create robust end-to-end solutions.
In this role, you work closely with the business and customers on various types of projects, from established business systems to modern, cloud-based, and AI-related solutions. At the same time, you explore how AI can be used both in the development process and in the solutions we build.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience as a full stack developer, with deep expertise in Java and experience with modern web technologies. You are solution-oriented, enjoy working closely with the business, and have an eye for both technology and user value.
You have a genuine interest in how AI can be practically applied in systems development and see the potential in new technology. You thrive in customer-facing environments, enjoy collaborating, and are willing to share your knowledge. We also believe you have academic training in systems development or similar, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
Swedish citizenship is required for this position, and a background check will be conducted.

Java and Spring Boot
React or Angular
TypeScript or JavaScript
Docker and Kubernetes
CI/CD
Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
It is meritorious if you have experience with:
AI integrations or LLM-based solutions
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Java EE/Jakarta EE

Work Location
Accelerate is located at several offices in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you will be based at our Stockholm office, with the option of hybrid work.
