Job Description We are seeking an experienced project manager who wants to drive digital development across various industries, with particular focus on the public sector, energy, and defense. This role suits you if you are motivated by creating structure, building trust, and leading people and operations through change. As a consultant with us, you will work closely with our customers on assignments where technology, operations, and people intersect. You will become an important advisory partner, helping organizations advance digitalization initiatives—from early feasibility studies through implementation and management. Assignments vary in scope and complexity, and you will work both strategically and operatively in roles as project manager and operations manager. In this role, you will lead development and implementation projects in IT and digitalization, where you are responsible for coordinating teams, stakeholders, and deliverables in complex organizations. You will work within both project and operations governance and play a key role in creating structure, driving collaboration, and ensuring progress. A central part of the work is also building long-term relationships and creating trust with customers and partners through clear communication and close collaboration at both operational and strategic levels. You will also actively contribute to improvement initiatives and identify opportunities that create long-term value for the customer. Qualifications Required At least five years of experience leading IT, systems development, or digitalization projects with budget responsibility in the public sector—preferably the energy sector Academic degree in areas such as systems development, management, or similar field Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious Certification in project management and knowledge of operations governance, such as PM3, ITIL, or equivalent Experience with agile methods, consulting role, or requirements work in early project phases, and knowledge of LOU.
