Senior Industrial Sales Executive
Build the playbook. Win complex deals. Scale industrial growth.
Epicz Lab is looking for a senior industrial sales leader to own revenue growth and shape our go-to-market strategy. You will lead complex, high-value B2B sales from first contact to close, build executive relationships and create the scalable sales motion that will power our next stage of growth.
The opportunityOwn and evolve the industrial go-to-market strategy, focusing resources on the highest-value opportunities.
Build strategic accounts, pipeline and a multi-channel outreach model across industrial markets.
Lead executive sales conversations with plant managers, procurement leaders, engineering executives and CEOs.
Translate customer needs into compelling technical and commercial proposals, ROI cases and deal structures.
Own pricing, negotiation, forecasting and the full sales cycle through close and account expansion.
Partner closely with the CEO, engineering and product teams, and help shape the future sales organization.
What you bring8-10+ years of senior industrial B2B sales experience in software, services, automation or engineered solutions.
A strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly from the plant floor to the boardroom.
Technical fluency and the ability to make complex industrial or AI solutions clear and commercially relevant.
Experience building go-to-market strategy, pipeline discipline and accurate CRM-based forecasting.
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills, with sound judgment on margin and commercial risk.
Confidence using modern AI tools to scale sales productivity.
