About the Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Rocket, you will work on varying and technically challenging assignments for our clients. The role suits you if you have a strong foundation in .NET and want to apply your skills in different technical environments, where modern full stack solutions, API development, cloud services, and DevOps are often central elements. You will be an important part of the entire development chain—from architecture, design, and implementation to testing, deployment, and further development. In this role, you'll contribute your experience in both technical decisions and hands-on development work, while working closely with knowledgeable colleagues who enjoy sharing knowledge and exploring new solutions together. In addition to client assignments, there's also an opportunity to engage in Rocket's internal development projects, where new ideas, technologies, and solutions can flourish. About You We're looking for you—an experienced full stack developer with genuine interest in technology and a strong desire to continue developing. You're confident in both backend and frontend, and have worked with one or more of the major programming languages or frameworks. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you need to be curious, a quick learner, and eager to take on new technologies and assignments. You thrive in the consulting role or are curious about taking that step, and you understand the importance of combining technical delivery with business sense, responsibility, and good communication. As a person, you're self-driven, unpretentious, and relationship-building. You communicate well with clients, listen to business needs, and have the ability to translate technical solutions into concrete value. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you: Have several years of experience in systems development or full stack development Are confident in both backend and frontend development Have experience with a modern frontend framework, such as React or Angular Have experience with one or more established programming languages or frameworks, where .NET is particularly valued Have an understanding of API development, modern development workflows, and cloud-based environments Are communicative, business-minded, and comfortable in dialogue with clients Communicate fluently in Swedish and English It's a plus if you have experience with Azure, AWS, Node, Ruby, Bootstrap, CI/CD, databases, automation, or AI-related projects. If you've previously worked as a consultant or in larger technical environments, that's also a bonus.
