A Snapshot of Your Day This role is a new addition to Overhauls and Parts and has been created to establish clear ownership of costs, planning, and tracking related to Parts and core components. With delegated WBS responsibility, you manage structure, budget, forecasts, and financial tracking, and drive cost work from a holistic perspective. The role involves broad collaboration with, among others, the workshop, procurement, service organization, R&D, AM, component owners, and finance, where you act as a bridge between technology, economics, and operations. You work with cost analysis, reporting, budget and forecast data, and contribute to cost-reduction initiatives. By creating transparency in the cost picture, monitoring WBS, and developing fact-based decision support, you contribute to better prioritizations, improvements, and long-term sustainable decisions. How You'll Make an Impact Own and develop the Parts WBS structure and ensure planning, tracking, and reporting of costs, activities, budget, and forecasts. Create transparency in the cost picture through analysis of cost development, spare parts, component needs, and factors that drive cost changes over time. Conduct cost analyses, reporting, and cost-reduction activities, and follow up on the implementation of decided initiatives. Collaborate with the service organization, R&D, workshop, procurement, and finance to improve forecasts, calculations, and decision support. Be a strategic partner to management by translating analyses into recommendations, prioritizations, and increased understanding of the organization's cost development. Establish and develop processes for WBS, cost, and data tracking, and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. How You'll Make an Impact Relevant education in economics, engineering, or equivalent work experience. Experience with budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, business management, or cost management in an industrial or technical environment. Strong analytical skills with an understanding of how technical decisions, component selection, and supply flows impact costs and forecasts. Experience with WBS structures and project or business planning is a merit. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach with the ability to create overview, take ownership, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Good IT skills and knowledge of Office 365; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools is a merit. Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written. About the Team You will join the Overhaul & Parts (SPDE OP) department, which consists of an open and inclusive group with a broad area of responsibility.
