Now we want to give you the opportunity to grow into the role of section manager at one of our care and residential facilities. For these positions, you don't need to know everything from the start. We believe in potential and will provide you with the conditions to develop. Through an extended onboarding, you'll have the opportunity to learn the operations, try out the management role, and develop alongside experienced manager colleagues. What we offer: An extended onboarding, tailored to you Support and coaching from experienced manager colleagues The opportunity to try out the management role in various situations Independent work tasks with the opportunity to influence and improve operations A position in the unit's management team where you contribute to development and improvement work Work Tasks During your onboarding period, you will follow your section manager colleagues in daily work, which gives you valuable and practical experience in leadership. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to try out the management role through independent work tasks, such as driving smaller projects and conducting investigations. You will receive the knowledge and tools you need during your onboarding to then take overall responsibility for planning, development, personnel, and work environment. You work actively to maintain good finances and a balanced budget. You will work closely with your employees, guiding and supporting them to ensure they can carry out their tasks in the best way possible, which includes maintaining high-quality care and services for our elderly. As a section manager, you also participate in the unit's management team. Here you collaborate with other section managers to drive development and improvement work aimed at creating efficient operations with high quality based on our citizens' needs. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: A university or college degree of at least 180 hp in, for example, social work, healthcare, or behavioral science At least three years of professional work experience in your field Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing Meritorious: Experience working in healthcare and social services We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others to reach common goals. You can effectively coordinate groups and create engagement and participation, which contributes to a positive work environment. You are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness, which enables you to handle different situations with calm and professionalism. You communicate clearly and distinctly, ensuring that your message gets through and that everyone understands the expectations. You remind and follow up to maintain efficiency. Despite setbacks and disappointments, you remain motivated and effective, and work goal-oriented until projects are completed and results are achieved. You work well with others, relate attentively and smoothly, listen actively, and resolve conflicts constructively. You are also structured and plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
