About the job
As a manager and leader at the Swedish Tax Agency, you see the whole picture, create conditions, and act consciously in your daily work. You are the manager of one of two population registry sections in Uddevalla within the Swedish Tax Agency's population and property department. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees, sit on the unit's management team, and report to the unit manager. The unit consists of ten sections, three in Söderhamn, three in Uddevalla, two in Falun, and two in Gävle. The unit has a total of approximately 180 employees. Your work location is Uddevalla.

About you

You should also have:
higher education of 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in a relevant field such as political science or law
current leadership experience from government agency operations.
It is desirable that you have experience with team-based working methods.
Good to know
The position is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. At the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply management appointments for up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of no more than three years, without limitation on the number of extensions.
An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security clearance with record review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our work tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
