Do you want to work in a socially important role where security, visibility, and professionalism are in focus? Securus is now seeking handlers with service dogs for embassy security in Stockholm during summer 2026. This is an assignment for you who thrive in an operational security role where you and your service dog contribute to safety, presence, and security in a socially important environment. About the Role As a handler in this assignment, you will work with embassy security in Stockholm. The work involves you and your service dog patrolling between various embassies and areas, creating visibility and contributing to safety through continuous presence during your entire shift. The role demands high levels of responsibility, judgment, and the ability to make well-founded decisions in varying situations. You work independently but are also part of a larger team where collaboration and communication are important aspects of the assignment. The position is full-time starting immediately until August 31, 2026, with possibility of extension. Work is conducted 24/7 in 12-hour shifts, meaning you work either day or night shifts. We are Looking for You Who Are a trained security guard and approved handler Have an approved service dog and meet current requirements for canine service Have high personal maturity, good judgment, and a professional approach even in pressured situations Thrive in an operational security role where presence, attention, and decision-making are central Have good collaboration skills but can also work independently Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Have good physical fitness and stamina for long shifts Have a B-class driver's license Previous experience with embassy security, mobile patrols, or work in security-classified environments is an asset.
