Note: If an employee is deemed capable of three-shift operations following a successful pre-employment medical examination, their full-time employment will be changed to 37.5 h/week and this will be documented by an amendment to the employment contract. If an employee is not deemed capable of three-shift operations during the pre-employment medical examination, their full-time employment will remain 40 h/week and they will work in a single-shift operation.
