Job Description
We are now recruiting several customer service advisors for SEB Telephone Bank in Gothenburg. You will work with either private or business customers. The next start date will be September 22nd.
The role involves receiving incoming phone calls regarding various banking matters, where you will assist customers digitally over the phone. The position will begin with an extensive training program that includes both theoretical and practical components to provide the best foundation for success in the role.
At our telephone bank, you are SEB's face to the customer and hold one of the most important roles for our clients. The position is full-time and requires you to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, with the possibility to request your schedule.
Qualifications and Characteristics
We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and wants to give every customer a positive experience with SEB. Those around you would describe you as energizing, collaborative, and engaged. You learn new things easily, are good at problem-solving, and are curious about our digital development. You also have a strong interest in banking and finance and see this role at SEB as a long-term opportunity.
To be suitable for the role, we see that you have:
➤ Experience in service, preferably from customer service via phone or similar work
➤ Good phone and computer skills
➤ Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
➤ Upper secondary education with a college preparatory diploma (preferably with an economics focus)
➤ Genuine interest in banking/finance
Meritorious qualifications include:
➤ Relevant higher education in economics
➤ Previous work experience in banking, finance, or similar fields
➤ Swedsec license for mortgages
