About the job In your role as Scrum Master/Test Leader for one of our development teams, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and monitoring the team's daily work. The team works together toward a common goal and is responsible for its deliverables in both development and operations. In close collaboration with the business, you deliver solutions that contribute to a better society. You work both independently and together with the team, helping each other in a humble way. You help the team apply an agile working approach, establish team rules, and report on the team's progress. You lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, demos, and retrospectives. As Scrum Master/Test Leader, you handle communication and coordination with other development teams and support planning and implementation of joint development planning. In this role, you are also responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring testing activities throughout the development process. When the requirements of our systems change to meet new expectations from the outside world, you are responsible, in consultation with your manager, for developing your skills in the right direction. We actively work with competence and technology development through, for example, innovation sprints. You have knowledgeable colleagues with whom you exchange experiences, and you can develop both breadth and depth with us. You get one wellness hour per week and a wellness allowance. You will be part of a section with approximately 30 employees and consultants in our large nationwide IT department based in Gothenburg. In this job, you should: - have good teamwork skills, be helpful, and have good interpersonal skills - have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible, and be open to change - have good problem-solving skills, see patterns, and be able to make boundaries - be goal-focused and contribute to achieving the purpose of the business - act consciously and professionally based on good self-awareness - express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish You must also have: - relevant post-secondary education in IT or several years of current and relevant work experience in the IT field - at least four years of current and relevant work experience as a scrum master in teams developing AI-based solutions - at least four years of current and relevant work experience as a test leader in teams developing AI-based solutions - experience working in a complex IT environment within a large organization It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence. It is also desirable to have experience with agile work within the SaFe framework. Good to know The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security vetting with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
