Drive agile practices and delivery in a development team working with electrified vehicles and cable harnesses for chassis applications. Would you like to create structure, pace, and improvement in a technically-focused development team? Here you'll have a central role in work with electrified vehicles, where you support the team to plan, collaborate, and deliver sustainably. About the role You work as a Scrum Master and Agile Flow Leader for a team within vehicle development. The team develops solutions for cable harnesses and electrical installations in chassis applications. Focus is on work methods, delivery transparency, and continuous improvement. You collaborate closely with product owners, technical leadership, and adjacent development teams. What you'll do Facilitate daily standups, planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Support the team in prioritizing, planning, and tracking deliverables. Identify and remove obstacles, bottlenecks, and dependencies. Coach the team in agile principles and effective work methods. Coordinate collaboration with stakeholders and adjacent technical teams. What we're looking for At least one year of experience as a Scrum Master, team lead, project manager, or in a similar leadership role. Experience facilitating teams and driving continuous improvement. Ability to create alignment and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset. Bonus: Understanding of vehicle, product, or electrical installation development. Tech & Tools Jira for planning and tracking. Work arrangement: Hybrid, with at least three days per week on-site. Presence requirements may increase. Language: Fluent English, spoken and written. Swedish is a plus.
