State Forensic Medicine Expert Center
announces an open competition for a staff position –
Sanitarian - Expert Assistant at the Thanatology Division of the Forensic Medicine Expertise Department (for an indefinite period):
The State Forensic Medicine Expert Center is a direct administration institution under the Ministry of Health. The Center's mission is to provide forensic medical and biological expertise and examination, supply healthcare institutions with tissue transplants, conduct scientific research, and organize postgraduate education in the field of forensic medicine.
Your main job duties:
• receive, register, store, and issue deceased persons, their personal belongings, clothing, etc.;
• participate in the performance of forensic medical examinations;
• after autopsy of the deceased, perform its cleaning (suturing of autopsy incisions, washing, cleaning, packaging of clothing);
• prior to the release of the deceased to relatives for burial, when necessary, perform body cleaning (washing, dressing, and placing in a coffin);
• maintain cleanliness and order of work premises and necessary sanitary-epidemiological conditions;
• comply with instrument preparation procedures and requirements that determine proper storage and use of medical instruments;
• be familiar with regulatory acts regarding the storage and release of deceased persons;
• collect and submit medical and household waste in accordance with procedures established in regulatory acts.
We expect from you:
• general secondary or vocational education with a nursing assistant qualification;
• preferably at least 2 years of work experience in a healthcare institution;
• ability to independently, consistently, and rationally organize the performance of your work duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and quality management principles;
• knowledge of basic ethical principles;
• state language proficiency level B1;
• ability to act promptly in accordance with the situation, as well as under high-intensity conditions;
• good communication and cooperation skills.
