With us, you will work on restoring properties after fire and water damage as well as other types of remediation projects. The work is varied and takes place in different environments where you, together with colleagues, help both businesses and individuals when damage has occurred. About the Position As a remediation technician with us, you will work with demolition and remediation in connection with property damage. The work often takes place at the customer's site and together with colleagues in a team. The work is varied and can involve both practical work and customer contact. Your tasks may include: Demolition work for fire and water damage Remediation for fire and water damage Mold remediation Biohazard remediation The work requires attention to detail, a safety-conscious mindset, and a practical approach. Some tasks can be physically demanding. About You and What We're Looking For You have experience from similar work in damage remediation and/or demolition. Previous experience from work in the construction or property industry is a merit. We place great importance on your attitude and willingness to develop. A class B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing are required. In your role as a remediation technician, you meet our customers daily on-site, so it is important that you are service-oriented and can communicate clearly. Good physical fitness is an advantage as heavy lifting may occur. You are thorough in the execution of your work and have an easy time reading and following instructions. Possibility for on-call work as needed. As a person, you are stress-resilient, responsible, accustomed to taking your own initiative, and have a high safety mindset.
