Your responsibilities will include: - Recording received and issued invoices including verification of formal requirements - domestic, EU, foreign - Recording cash documents - CZK, EUR - Preparing payment orders - Processing bank statements, reconciling payments and managing open items - Other accounting and administrative activities related to accounting operations - Collaboration with the main accountant on monthly and annual closing procedures and with other members of the finance team Required knowledge and skills: - Minimum secondary education in economics - At least 3 years of accounting experience - Basic knowledge of accounting and tax regulations - User-level proficiency in MS Office - Knowledge of Helios accounting software is a plus - Independence, attention to detail, reliability, responsibility, communication skills - Knowledge of accounting for gastro operations is a plus - Interest in contributing to improvements and optimization of accounting processes Benefits: - Stable company background - Meal and transportation allowance - Professional liability insurance - Pension or life insurance contribution - Discounts at managed hotel and gastro operations - Opportunity for further education - Preferential mobile tariff for you and family members - Annual financial bonuses Contact via email.
