Complete management of double-entry accounting for housing cooperatives and managed property owner associations (SVJ). Job responsibilities: - Processing accounting documents, - Recording invoices, cash register, and bank statements, - Annual settlement of services related to apartment use and deposits for cooperative members, - Preparing documents for financial statements, - Tax returns and audits, - Communication with tenants, cooperative members, suppliers, and authorities. We require: - Experience in a similar accounting position is a great advantage. - Knowledge of double-entry accounting. - Knowledge of legislation concerning housing cooperatives and property owner associations. - Attention to detail, independence, and reliability. - Responsibility for meeting deadlines.
