Requirements: - Knowledge of accounting and tax record keeping - Knowledge of related tax matters (Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, VAT, Control Report, etc.) - Knowledge of electronic filing in XML and operation of EPO - Computer literacy - Strong orientation in balance sheets and ability to interpret accounting results and identify potential errors based on account balances and movements - Attention to detail and adherence to clients' legal deadlines - On-site work required (no home office) - Communication in Czech language Advantages: - Experience with macOS operating system (if you have worked on Windows, we will train you) - Experience with ABRA Flexi and Formstudio software (if you have worked with other software, we will train you) - Knowledge of payroll processing for future use We offer: - Compensation includes a significant component based on client billing - Flexible working hours - Work arrangement and scope of client accounting can be adjusted by agreement - Salary is determined on a revenue-share basis with flexible hours and part-time position (workload is difficult to estimate in advance) - Possible employer contribution to tax-advantaged retirement savings products - Meal allowance - Modern equipment for online work - Quiet office environment for a maximum of two people Employee benefits - Meal allowance, tax-advantaged retirement savings products
