About the Workplace We are seeking a coordination nursing assistant, coordinator, for home care district 4 with placement in Ellös. District 4, also called Tvet-Varekil, is one of two districts with a home base in Ellös. We work closely together and as one team, we make up home care Ellös. In home care Ellös, there are currently approximately 35 nursing assistants, 2 coordinators, 2 coordinators, and 2 unit managers. Your Tasks Being a coordination nursing assistant is rewarding, stimulating, and developmental, and you will face new exciting challenges every day because home care is the most flexible activity you can work in. The role of coordinator involves leading and distributing the day's work together with the unit manager and coordinators. You work with systematic quality assurance that ensures good quality for our service users. The coordination nursing assistant is a support in care work for your colleagues; you mentor and work methodically to ensure good interactions and high quality in the services provided to service users. You work with continuous follow-up and have daily close collaboration with the unit manager, coordinators, and the work team. Part of the work also involves working in home care as a nursing assistant and being the primary contact for a number of service users. About You We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can provide proof of the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title. A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in care work with delegated health and medical care tasks is required. Experience in leading, planning, and coordinating is a merit. Mentor training is desirable and a merit. We expect you to have drive, commitment, and patience to develop care work, be courageous, structured, and have good organizational skills. You have a positive attitude toward your work and the people you meet. You are communicative and understand the importance of good relationship work. You have good leadership qualities and find it easy to collaborate and cooperate with different professions. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
