The role of coordinator at our company As a coordinator at SAAND Service & Omsorg, you are a central part of our team and serve as the operations manager's right hand. Your daily work includes staff scheduling, developing implementation plans, planning services, and monitoring completed work and key performance indicators. It is important that you have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The coordinator plays a crucial role in contact with case handlers, clients, home healthcare services, and other external partners. In this role, you will follow established routines and processes in our quality management system, and ensure that our work aligns with the company's values. We value professionalism and dedication in our commitment to providing high-quality home care services. Qualifications Nursing assistant education, preferably higher education. You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, and strong computer skills. You must have prior experience in a coordinator role. Knowledge of Epsilon, Combine, and Phoniro systems. Understanding of how to plan a unit cost-effectively. Experience leading a team with responsibility for work environment.
