You are responsible for planning and coordinating interventions, prioritizing and following up on cases, and providing guidance and supervision to staff in their assignments. You work to ensure good collaboration both internally and externally to create comprehensive interventions based on the individual's needs. The role also includes ensuring that the unit works in accordance with applicable legislation, that all documentation maintains high quality, and that we have good treatment of the people we meet.
In the strategic role, you work together with the unit manager to develop operations based on current legal requirements, national reforms, and local goals. You contribute to implementing new procedures, guidelines, working methods, and approaches, and drive development and quality work.
